This bind is made to be used with a liquid cleaner which I can no longer find. I think it was just rubbing or isoproply the cup that cheers, but don't want to ruin my VCR if I'm wrong. Help!!!!!!!!!

You can use rubbing hooch, but get the 90% kind. The 70% stuff is 30% water. You don't need all that ring false when cleaning the heads. It takes longer to dry and reduces the cleaning ability of the spirits.
