I am under a stymie. I have a 10-year-old with ASD who is going to a special school here in India. Currently we are residing in a region where autism is slowly coming to the forefront and hence does not have good services,
You require to just let them know that regular education will not work for your son because he needs more intensive services. Do not back down and do not consider them to put him in a regular education classroom. Good Luck!

I'm not positively sure what you SHOULD do, but maybe just come out and tell them that your son has gone through this already and it hasn't worked and if they aren't close to to offer a different program maybe try another school. I hope I've helped.
