Can you recommend some great books for reading for ages 17 - 25, that is not chick lit?
Non-fiction, self escape, classics, biographies are good.
But NO fantasy stories or romantic novels like those Blab Girl series.
Thanks in advance! :-)
The soil's children series is a good set of books to read, i will admit the is romance in it but it is blended in so well that i only just noticed it, the second book in the series is a bit mushy but the writing is awesome.

What are the best 5 books of the last 20 years, which people will continue reading for the next century ?
I’ve seen lots of lists, but none of them is very peculiar for the “classics” of the last 10-20 years.
People continue reading Don Quixote, The Prince, The Deific Comedy or The Odyssey, after hundreds of years.
